SHIPPING DETAILS
1. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which lianli has received full payment.
2. You are responsible for any customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation. It’s highly recommended to be aware of local customs clearance policies and prepare all customs documentation ahead of time to avoid delays or unexpected costs.
WARRANTY
1.365-day warranty policy. In case of quality problems of our lianli products, we will provide 1-year after-sales service. If any parts are damaged, we will provide spare parts for free and send them by DHL/UPS/FEDEX, etc. We will bear the freight
2. During the warranty period, we shall not arbitrarily modify our parameters or modify our product parts, and shall be installed and used in strict accordance with the instructions. lianli does not provide maintenance policy if the damage is caused by the customer’s own misoperation
3. We only provide warranty services to our customers who purchase directly. If we resell or purchase from a dealer, we cannot continue to enjoy the warranty services
